3 Step program for healing tennis elbow

 

     1.  Use freezer cold gel packs soon after injury and as pain persists.
     2.  The New Elbow brace should be worn during activity and the joint kept  bent during all other activities.
     3   Stretching exercises after pain has subsided.

 

  WRIST FLEXOR STRETCH

 

+ Extend your arm in front of you with your palm up.
+ Bend your wrist, pointing your hand toward the floor.
+ With your other hand, gently bent your wrist further until you feel a mild to moderate stretch in your forearm.
+ Hold for at least 15 to 30 seconds. Repeat 2 to 4 times.

+  Repeat steps 1  –  4 of the stretches above, but begin with your extended hand palm down.
